Kumar doesn’t invest because he still feels as if it is not the time to put all the money into stocks. He thinks smart about diversifying his wealth. He always knew he had an unbalanced portfolio with most of the money in fixed deposits. He changes that and encourages himself to invest in mutual funds, equity, bonds and corporate fixed deposits with a balanced portfolio of risk and debt options.
Kumar also tries his luck in futures and options trading. He gets a balanced amount of returns which was 6-7 times more than the one he used to earn earlier. This makes their lifestyle much better than they had before. Maria acknowledges his hard work and appreciates how they didn’t fall for the greed trap. Kumar appreciates Maria for triggering him and asking him to step out his comfort zone to make this possible. They were a happy family with nothing to lose.
