Kumar: The Blurred Jealousy

With a continuous feeling of his heart coming out of his shirt, he kept trying as he kept failing his aptitude test for engineering. It was a nightmare, sitting on rooftops, crying and wondering how could he convince his parents that he can’t be like Maria and kill their seed of jealousy he was paying for, but nothing worked. With a scattered career and bad relationship with parents, it was plain torture for poor Kumar. It’s not like he didn’t try; he did everything he could but nothing fulfilled the thirst of jealousy. With a feeling that he only makes his parents disappointed, Kumar ran away and left his house one day. No one saw him after that day, but that short note he left for his parents made them realize what they did. It said “It was like living in hell’s seventh circle, but I’m sorry that I couldn’t be like Maria. I tried but I think in the process, I forgot who Kumar was”.

Parents should never use their kids to be the competing characters of their jealousy. Because you might lose your child.
